Special Need Caring Service (SNCC)
The Special Needs Caring Center (SNCC), founded in 2007 by a dedicated group of Chinese Christians, is a community of parents, volunteers, students, and retirees committed to making a positive impact.
Our mission goes beyond words; it is a heartfelt commitment. We provide compassionate care and support to individuals with special needs and their families, offering expertise, love, and a sense of belonging. Through our work, we strive to nurture personal achievement, offer emotional support, strengthen family bonds, and inspire hope and joy in daily life. We are also dedicated to raising awareness and building a robust support network for these families within the community.
Through service projects and family-oriented activities across various locations, we engage actively with the community. Believing in the power of collective support, we warmly invite students and caring individuals from all backgrounds to join us in our mission. Your involvement is not only welcomed but deeply valued.

Project SMILE Day Program
Project SMILE is a community-centered initiative devoted to supporting individuals with special needs and their families. Founded through collaborative efforts and expanded with support from the Light and Salt Association, Project SMILE empowers participants by providing diverse, impactful services. Key among these is the Project SMILE Day Program, which offers individuals aged 19 and older opportunities to develop essential life skills, such as self-advocacy and emotional regulation. With recent certification in Individual Skills and Socialization and ongoing program development, Project SMILE also provides job skills training, aiming to build self-reliance and pave the way for a more independent future for its members.
Special Needs Community Outreach
We are committed to supporting communities and organizations in enhancing their services for individuals with special needs. Our engagement includes offering tailored consultations, resources, and training to help develop inclusive programs that meet the unique needs of these individuals. We collaborate closely with schools, churches, and local organizations to implement workshops, seminars, and support groups, providing guidance on best practices for special needs care. Additionally, we assist with program development, including social activities, skill-building initiatives, and volunteer coordination. Our goal is to empower communities and organizations to create supportive, inclusive environments that promote growth, independence, and meaningful participation for individuals with special needs.
